Crisp White Kitchen

In my opinion there is nothing wrong with all white kitchen. While I know it always sounds so boring at first, once you add texture through accessories there is nothing boring about it. I believe it makes it more timeless and way easier to work with. If you get sick of the white, paint the walls heck if you even get sick of the white you can always come back and paint the cabinets too. Switching out the light fixtures is always a great option too and way less expensive. Lighting makes (Or breaks) a space, so have some fun! This recent design project was so fun to put together and I love it when they hire me to complete the space. The client already had a few of the furniture pieces that we worked with but for the most part, it’s all new. A blank slate…. also my fav! Here is a list of the trades we worked with. Might I add I have been working with most of them for 18 years… Crazy hey!

I loved being apart of this renovation. The client knew what she wanted right of the start and we worked together to make that a reality. This really is a no fuss space. Back to the basics that work perfect for her. From the shelving to the appliances everything is on point! Thank you to all the trades and suppliers we work with and to Crafted Edge for having me work on this project!

Greatroom Transformation | Calgary Interior Designer

I’m in love with how this greatroom turned out. I always seem to have a favourite item that stands out in my my mind…well maybe it’s actually the item I debate either keeping for myself or actually using! The curtain rods oddly take the cake for me in this space. Strange I know but they are gold and awesome, really. All of the accessories and even the chair is from HomeSense. In fact I shop there so much that one of the amazing associates but the chair on hold for me because she knew the style I was looking for! WHAT…. So grateful! xoxox

The best kind of transformation | Calgary Interior Designer

This residence started with the second floor…. oddly though the second hasn’t been started yet. I would say this home had the best kind of snowball effect ever! From the windows, to flooring, to cabinets everything including the kitchen sink was even changed. (I know I’m so funny) The home went from dark and a little dated to bright and airy. It was such a fun project to work on. I’m looking forward to seeing the final product as Crafted Edge Homes is starting on the second floor extension now.

Okotoks Home | Calgary Interior Designer

This home has a little bight of everything and a whole lot of love. I’m all for mixing new with old. So many items have a story and they just need a new purpose or location. Yes there are items that just don’t fly but it’s rare that I will say remove it all together. This home is a perfect example of mixing styles, and the homeowner was thrilled. Their home was just recently featured in the Calgary Domus edition. Eeekkk!
